Returns & Exchanges

At Vinci Leather Shoes, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted footwear isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original Vinci Leather box and ensure all protective tissue and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality, we will process your refund or ship your replacement pair within 5-7 business days.
